Vladimir Dmitrievich Sverchkov (German. Wladimir von Swertschkoff, September 4, 1821, Loviisa, Grand Duchy of Finland-July 14, 1888, Florence, Italy) - Russian painter, worked in the genre of battle, historical, portrait painting. He is best known as a master of stained glass. The artist's creative biography is equally connected with Finland, Russia, Germany and Italy. The most significant collection of works is located in the State Russian Museum.
