Marianna was born in Moscow. Her father was a keen photographer and encouraged her to try it out from an early age. When Marianne was only 16 years old, he organized her lessons with a professional photographer. She studied photography at the Moscow Polytechnic College, and later went to study photography at the University of the arts. After graduation, Marianne covered all aspects of working as a photographer-from working in a Studio and taking portrait photography classes to photojournalism and teaching the basics of photography and retouching at a local College. Member of the Union of photo artists of Russia since 2000. Marianna works in her Studio in Moscow and has been specializing in still life photography for the past 20 years. She finds an inexhaustible source of inspiration in the works of Flemish artists of the 17th century and is fascinated by the play of light and shadow on various textures. Marianna is well known in the Russian greeting card industry, and almost all major publishers have published her work. In addition to the greeting card industry, Marianne is known for beautiful calendars with her work that are published every year. She considers photography to be her job, hobby, and just an integral part of her life, and is happy when it brings other people delight and joy
