British artist Sarah Cunningham (b. 1993, United Kingdom) is a London—based artist known for her abstract paintings. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from Loughborough University, she took part in the residence of the current artist La Wayaka in Armila, a small town located in the Panamanian province of Guna Yala. Immersed in the forest, Cunningham forged connections with the Kuna Indigenous community, and this experience profoundly shaped her artistic vision.
