Ray Powers

Ray Powers considers himself a "technophile." His love of nature and technology has inspired his work since childhood. Whether it was visual or musical art, many of his reflections on "what could have been" came to life. He was one of the first to embrace advances in computer and digital tools. As they grew, he developed the ability to express what he sees and hears inside himself. "The earth was my greatest teacher. Observing the cycles, seasons and symbiosis of all forms of life, both large and infinitely small, inspired and shaped my art and musical composition."
