ArtistDona Gelsinger was born in 1960 near Los Angeles, California. After graduating from California state University, she was hired as a full-time artist by a large Corporation in southern California. But with the support of her family, Dona soon left her unloved job and , creating a home Studio, began to paint portraits and prepare illustrations.
The turning point in her work was 1987. This year, Dona Gelsinger got the opportunity to paint the procession for the Church of Saint Denis (St. Denis) in the diamond Bar (Diamond Bar) and devoted about two years to it.
Dona also became very famous for her paintings of little angelsthat evoke tenderness, a warm smile and joy.
