Lisa Wee is a children's illustrator originally from Penang Island, Malaysia.
Initially, she studied to become a nurse in Singapore. Unfortunately, it did not bring Lisa any pleasure.
Then she was given the opportunity to work in Kenya. During this period, her passion for art led her back to university to study illustration.
Lisa's illustrations were inspired by foreign and Kenyan art students.
