Luis Royo is a Spanish artist working in
the genre of science fiction. Author of covers of science fiction books, music albums, and comics. Winner of the "wanderer" award in 2002.
Born in the city Olalla, Spain in 1954. Graduated from the school of design in Zaragoza with a degree in interior design. In parallel, he took up painting, and since the mid-70s participated in professional exhibitions.
Since 1983
works as an Illustrator for book and magazine covers in Europe and America. Royo's most famous works were images of naked women in fantastic surroundings, sometimes with weapons.
