Steve Reid (Steve Read) - self-taught artist. He was born and raised on the East coast of England, near London. One day, while considering further education at an art College, Steve decided that there was no reason to formally study and pass exams for another three years if he had decided on the business to which he wanted to devote his life.
He chose
the world of illustrations. In 1987, Steve signed a contract with the leading British licensing Agency Meiklejohn ("daughter" - MGL Meiklejohn Graphics Licensing). The subjects of the works of Steve reed's diverse: animalism, Gothic, fantasy, trompe l'oeil etc.
