Jerry Gadamus is known all over the world for the way he achieves incredible detail with his airbrush. This is called "freehand airbrushing" and is done without the use of stencils or a brush. This contributes to the style of painting that embodies his well-known reputation as an outdoor artist. His love of outdoor sports took him far and far into the desert. Every year, Jerry joins his friends on a painting and photography trip to the western states, where they explore the rich wildlife and paint mountain landscapes. Gerry received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. His work has appeared on the covers of countless magazines and books, including Wildlife Art News and US Art. He has won countless awards for his paintings, and his work is often found at many wildlife fundraising auctions.
